Very good
My experience
I had a really bad experience when l went to the dentist. I had no problem with my treatment. But l had to have all impressions repeated that l had done a few weeks ago by the dentist that left. I should be coming back in a few weeks to continue treatment. However the receptionist could not give me an appointment till April. I'm worried that I will need to start all over again. Could you please contact me to resolve the problem.

Lovely greeting at the front desk, receptionist warm and friendly. Dr Tai put me at my ease and undertook a very thorough check up encouraging me to keep up my hygiene routine. Great visit to my dental practice as always.

Dr William Thai is the most thorough dentist I have been registered with. Very polite and explains everything. Luke, the dental nurse, is also very friendly and polite. I was seen on time too.
