By far the best
The welcome and customer /patient service from Reception and clinician Mr Tai was excellent.
I have been visiting this clinic for over 60 years... yes I am that old... and would say the latest occupants and provider of health services is by far the best I've experienced... Thank you!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that the building is a little cooler at the start of the week compared to the end of the week. This is an old building and it is unoccupied over weekends, and takes a little while to warm through. We can only apologise for this. Due to the nature of appointments a wait can sometimes be out of our control as you never know what a patient will present with and we do try our best to get people out of pain, again for this we can only apologise. My dentist is always fantastic and I can’t rate him highly enough.
Your new receptionist though leaves a lot to be desired. Chewing crisps with her mouth open whilst dealing with patients, blurting out months in between chews. Every patient at the desk had to ask her to repeat everything she said.
She was very unprofessional.
