Friendly, professional
There was a wait of 20 mins but staff were pleasant and apologised for delay. Dental student Logan and his nurse were friendly and professional. They explained everything as they went along and listened to my concerns. Bogdan checked on my care and was pleasant as always. Thank you for my care.

I was treat by Nabihah and her assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name) today.
Although the appointment ended up being extended because they accommodated me and the issues I had, the experience was 10 out of 10. I do have a bit of a phobia for things including dentists! Both professionals made me feel much more relaxed than I usually feel, they were very caring and reassuring.
Overall, a completely satisfactory and encouraging appointment. Thank you to both of you for your professional service.
