My experience
After being in a waiting list for nearly 3y discovered in my last appointment that I have advanced gum disease and only have my next appointment in 7 weeks for a good clean. Till then I'm afraid to eat and drink thinking that this might get worse. Staff is great again but waiting times and response not at all. Wish someone had told me every time I asked by phone and in person my position in the waiting list that the practice had dental plans and private appointments.

Thank you for your feedback. You can eat and drink as normal as this will not make gum disease worse. Throughout your appointments you will receive help and information regarding gum disease. We are aware our waiting list is long and explain this to everyone who wishes to join it. We also discuss the alternative options with patients when they enter the waiting list so please accept our apologies if this has not happened for you. If you haven't done so already, then please ask the practice to put you on our cancellation list for a sooner appointment, as we do get cancellations all the time.
