The appointment was good the time between treatments is absolutely ridiculous the time between the first and last appointment I was told 6 weeks. 1st appointment 11/08/35 last appointment 28/10/24.

I arrived on time for my final treatment course, I was being treated by a student. The lead dentist was stuck in traffic and was roughly 15-20 minutes late but that could not be helped. Once in the room I was told we had less time than planned in due to the delay, I explained I wasnt happy with this - full treatment was completed and a demo given on flossing. Overall happy with the treatment.

My experience was good, did have to wait a little, but that's not an issue, reception very polite, treatment from dentist good, again very polite and reassuring, overall very good, maybe if you had room a waiting area for small children with tv or toys away from the main waiting area, just a suggestion.

I have lots of trust in the dentist here, the only negative I have to say is whenever I am quoted for a private procedure it is always that little bit more when it comes to payment. When I ask reasons why it is always due to extra time or products however I am a very good patient and never stop the dentist so the time and product surely should be the same as when quoted.
