Been for check-up

Overall very good, Usman was polite and was everything you would expect from a dentist.the only downside to my appointment was he suggested they could do with a descale due to tar-tar build up but said i needed to make an appointment for this,.i really don't no why he just didn't do it there an then as it only takes 10 mins as all the other dentists I've had in the past did a scale clean at same time as check- up, maybe time was the issue as he did a teeth X-ray as well which in that case fair enough.

Emergency appointment

I had tooth pain and swelling. I called at 9am and was seen at 9.30 due to a cancellation - couldn’t have asked for more.

Pleasant service

Informative service, quickly cleaned my teeth, friendly receptionist and dentist. But a long wait for me in the queue as I have spinal disabilities, which cause fatigue and referred pain throughout my body, standing for long periods causes me extreme pain. The queue stretched out of the door so I couldn't sit down in the waiting room, a chair nearby would be of great help between the 2nd entrance door and the receptionist door.
