Rang to ask for an emergency appointment due to experiencing pain and bleeding as a byproduct of facial shingles. Jackie managed to get me a cancellation appointment later that day. I am a nervous patient but the staff are always brilliant and helpful in offering advice and guidance. Tina who works in reception is great. She's always friendly and provides a really personal service.

I lost part of my filling Tuesday morning phoned after lunch and was given an appointment Thursday late afternoon which I thought was amazing! My appointment was on time as always, treatment as ever was pain-free and now so am I. 10 out of 10 for everything.

Although check-ups are a bit pricey, I always feel I’m in good hands with Dr Tai. Some dentists do work which isn’t necessary, just for the money. Not Dr Tai.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our dentist Bogdan was friendly and did our initial inspections with very informative but simple to understand advice. Both my wife and myself had appointments and we came away with a future prompt plan for work needed.

Abstraction back tooth
Rebecca and assistant was amazing when I went funny when I was about to leave, it was my oxygen. They laid me back on chair gave me a drink and sweet and waited patiently till I was ok. Fantastic and so caring. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
