Everything was explained. I felt that at my appointment I didn’t feel rushed and care and patience was given by Usman during my on going treatment. I’m confident that if there’s a problem I can get in touch with the surgery.

The reception staff were very helpful and told me that there was a 5 to 10 mins delay and it was just 10 minutes. Dr Usman was very friendly and put me at ease and explained fully what was happening with my teeth. He gave me good advice too.

Fantastic doctor
Dr Tai is brilliant. Unfortunately, I have a huge phobia of dentists, Dr Tai knows this. He is the only dentist I have ever had who puts me at ease. He has the patience of a saint. He makes me feel calm and comfortable.
