Urgent check up
Dr Tai is always polite, helpful and informative.
However the receptionist was looking completely disinterested, untidy and fed up. She had winged eye liner on as an identifier. No smiling. No customer service skills.

Checked in at 3, wasn’t seen until 4:10 which was difficult with young children, especially with little to no warning given of the wait time.
