The dentist was brilliant

The welcome from the waiting room and small talk with the dental nurse was fab, made me feel at ease. The dentist was brilliant also, I was relaxed and how he explained everything was brilliant. A credit to the practice.

Was able to get an appointment on the same day I rang which was fantastic as I had a lot of pain.

My experience

I had my tooth drilled and filled and the student dentist damaged my nerve during the appointment without me knowing until the anaesthetic wore off. I’ve been in constant pain since and the practice won’t see me as I went through the 111 service. I have just come from another dental practice who have confirmed my nerve has been damaged and I now need either a root canal treatment or the tooth pulling. I’m not happy at all as this should have been avoided. I feel that I have received absolutely no aftercare from Lynton House who performed my treatment.

Lovely staff

I came for a scale and polish today and I must admit I'm petrified of dentists but I cannot thank the 2 ladies upstairs enough. I cannot remember their names but they were so lovely as is all the staff there.
