My experience
The treatment was meant to be 1 hr scale and clean, the doctor was half hour late, he again tested the pockets so he tested them the previous appointment, I received a quick scale after, it wasn’t really what I was told on the previous appointment where a deep clean and scale was mentioned. I waited as it is hard to get new appointments due my to Work schedule. So overall nhs treatment seems to have scaled back, you seem to not supply polish or deep cleans so twice I meant to come back for that and twice I ended up with different activities, I don’t feel you provide the proper services.
