Exceptional service. My dentist Rebecca was caring and professional. I was fitted in at short notice because of tooth ache. The procedure went very well and I didn’t even feel pain. Which is a first for me! Well done on a first class dental visit.

Staff unprofessional

Called up yesterday to inform them to cancel the appointment as I have now moved dentist due to lack of care from this practice.
Also removed me from their system which still has not been done.
I have been in contact with the NHS England to make a complaint once again this will be 3 time now, you had complaint from me now you have got other complaint.
I won’t be using your services again.

The staff are excellent. The receptionist is very professional, very efficient and approachable. Rebecca, the dentist is outstanding and very on the ball with hospital referral which turned out to be with good reason. She listens to you and has time for you, she doesn’t rush you out fidgeting for next person coming in. She explained things clearer than the hospital specialist and did a fantastic job with my teeth. A senior nurse was training a new nurse and both were very good and chatty and friendly. Cannot recommend this team enough.
