The new system that has been brought in seems very slow and repetitive. The dentist appointment itself appeared to be of no use as you’re then told to book in with a hygienist to complete any actual work at an additional cost from the NHS banding payments.

There are some treatments that require the expertise of our Hygienist and we advise you to come back and see them, but this is not always an additional cost and in some cases can be provided on the NHS, you may have misunderstood the information given to you. The receptionist that was on today Wednesday 18th is absolutely amazing (gingery hair)) the older lady in the back is absolutely disgusting speaks to patients like dirt
The dentist however chloe davenport if that's how it's spelt is absolutely amazing and is definitely going to go far as a dentist the best dentist I've ever had ! Makes me feel comfortable so glad they gave me her as my permanent dentist how she's there how ever long I'm there .definitely the best

Lovely dentist

This young gentleman was quick and very efficient and got on with the job that needed doing. Only one thing about this practice, they don't stay. It would be nice to see the same dentist, to be honest because of this I feel I may have to reallocate ...

Unfortunately we cannot help staff moving on and this happens for a number of reasons.
