I had to wait a long time for my appointment.

Very efficient.

Rebecca listened to me and made me feel at ease then advised me what treatment I needed.

Friendly and helpful. Just a shame my last two appointments were a waste. And I understand that the practice is busy but to wait 4 months with 3 holes in my teeth and gum disease (found at yesterdays appointment) for another appointment to talk prevention and cure is quite extreme.

Following numerous, well-spaced visits to the practice, my fillings were eventually completed. I had two failed teeth removed and my existing Valplast extended. I had a root canal on my front tooth in preparation for a crown, after the first attempt: a crown without metal, failed. This work was done and I was given an appointment in five weeks. I attended today expecting to have the crown fitted. Unfortunately, today’s dentist’s plan differed from the previous dentist’s plan, and I was told that it couldn’t be done due to my bite? I had had impressions taken during the prep work, perhaps my bite had changed since then! I’m unsure of which dentist’s plan is now being followed, or what the plan is, or if there is a plan, as I left the practice disappointed, disillusioned and quite disgusted. I think the now plan was to remove the tooth and, yet again, extend the Valplast: as I said, I can’t be sure. Might I add in here that I have actually paid for the crown already!
I have endured months of waiting for appointments, paying for treatment, and enduring treatment, which has yielded poor, and no result. I have been left with unsightly teeth for months, which impede my speech. Great job, I await your complaints form!

Lovely little practice, the dental practitioners are lovely as are the hygienists, receptionists are very professional and friendly, never had a problem, been coming here years. Really good with the kids too, my boys have no problems going for their check ups.
