My experience

As always Dr Tai is very polite and professional with a good demeanour. This time though I felt my overall experience was lacking than the care of previous visits. The suction process left water over my t shirt as a very basic towel was used just split to go by my neck, I had a clean but wasn’t able to swill as no plastic cup I just feel that the care was lacking because of these 2 issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel the care was lacking on your recent visit. The aprons that we use post covid, are now disposable so they are not as thick as the re-usable ones. If you can feel water at any point do put your hand up and let them know, as the dental team may not have noticed. Unfortunately there does need to be a good stream of water from the scaler to keep it cool and stop it hurting your gums. If you need a rinse and there isn't one available due to an oversight, then please do ask the dental team and they will get one for you. Made me feel at ease

I wasn’t waiting long beyond my appointment time, the Dentist who I saw was very approachable and explained to me what she was doing throughout the examination. The Dental nurse was polite and made me feel at ease.

Communication but I would also like to say that even though it is a training practice now it would be nice to see the same dentist practitioner every time I come if that’s possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise for keeping you waiting and please be assured that we do not do it on purpose. Due to the nature of appointments we can never be sure what the patient in front of you will present with, and we do try to do as much treatment as possible, especially if someone is in pain. It may work better for you to book book the first appointment in a clinic, so 9am for morning clinic and 2pm for afternoon clinic, to ensure you are in on time.
