My experience

Very welcoming and got seen quickly, only disappointment was waiting over a week and half for my dentures to be fixed, not nice when your limited in what to eat.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the wait for your dentures. As dentures have to be sent off to a laboratory to be fixed, unfortunately we are at their mercy as to when they can be returned to us. If bank holidays, Easter, Christmas etc are also thrown into the mix then this does have a bigger impact on the wait. For this we can only apologise and try to get them back as soon as possible. Comfort of the patient is paramount

I had to choose very good because you don't have excellent on the list. Your practice is very professional from the receptionists to the Dentists and their mentors. Nothing is too much trouble and the comfort of the patient is paramount throughout your stay with them. Dentists are usually places people worry about going too but at Lynton House I find it a very pleasant experience with the friendly staff.

My experience

Clean and organised.
There could be more discussion with children and incentives.
I.E dentist talking to children and encouraging teeth cleaning/ oral hygiene, to support and reinforce parental efforts.
Stickers as a reward!
