The receptionist are very professional and good at their job. Always happy and keen to help, even though they do get some very difficult customers as witnessed today. Doing a great jobs girls.
I have visited quite a few of the dentists and they all are very professional and give great advice.

Very professional approach
While a lot of people view a trip to the Dentist with trepidation, that’s completely not the case at West Quay.
From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Sian and the other receptionists to having an appointment with Patrick & Jo, you are treated with a smile and very professional approach.
The levels of understanding and care are really high and, while I won’t be logging the experience on TripAdvisor, it was a “medical” pleasure having my treatment.
Keep up the good work.
