Dr Sonam put me at ease
I cannot thank West Quay Dental enough. I haven't been to a dentist for many years as I was so scared, but I was quickly put at ease by Dr Sonam. I will have no reservations about the future treatment.

Lovely staff and super friendly.
I registered as a new patient and was super anxious (usually always am at the dentist!) and everyone was very welcoming.
Super easy to get to and massive car park — easy to walk to if you're based in Barry!

An emergency appointment, dealt with my problem very efficiently.
Emergency appt, receptionist was really nice. I had an appt with a dentist who was not my normal dentist but dealt with my problem very efficiently.

Second to none
Having been with the practice all my life (middle aged man) The team at West Quay Dental are second to none. In particular my dentist for the last 7 years has been Dr Alexandra. Dr Alexandra is the most amazing dentist I have had the pleasure to work with so far at the practice. Extreme professionalism and such a fabulous personality and character. They are the best.

Amazing, very considerate
I was with Sarah this afternoon, she's absolutely amazing, very considerate and she keeps you informed all through the process of the treatment. She tries her utmost to put you at ease and I can't express enough how lovely & kind she is, also not forgetting her assistant Becky who was also lovely.
