My experience

I was fitted in as “a wait to be seen” patient, after ringing early this morning. I didn’t have to wait long, about maybe 20 minutes, and was seen by Ash who diagnosed an abscess under my tooth. Tooth is fine, so he prescribed antibiotics. It was such a relief to be able to be seen on the day I rang for an appointment. Thank you so much.

Explained in great detail

My initial phone call for an emergency appointment was answered promptly and after brief explanation I was offered a convenient time. I arrived 5 minutes early and was handed the usual forms for completion upon registering my arrival. I was seen within 5 minutes and after an examination the dentist whom I saw (I am unable to recall her name) explained in great detail and clearly, the treatment options open to me. The treatment I opted for, in this case an extraction was perfomed with great efficiency and time was taken, once completed, to explain the possible after effects and actions I needed to take to take in the event of any short-term or long-term issues. I have always found the practice to be friendly and efficient at all times.
