Caring and polite

First thing that stood out was how quick they rang me and offered me a appointment on the same day also being seen in my area. Then the cleanliness of the dental building and the toilet facilities were so clean, then the staff and the dental nurse and trainee was really caring and polite.

My experience

Sarah was brilliant. She explained everything about treatment going forward. Reception not so good for older people. I was offered a cancellation but instead of just giving me one date and time I was given multiple dates and times. I found that confusing but instead of realising I wasn’t taking it in the receptionist kept repeating the information getting louder and louder which made me feel old and incapable which I am not. Not everyone that is older is deaf! Please take note.

I'm not clear why I have to fill in forms every time I visit on contact details etc. Can't you just ask if any details have changed instead? Save yourself time and paper? I we have to sign for our treatment, I'm sure a far simpler form could be drafted that doesn't repetitively ask for the same contact/personal details.
Service was great as usual otherwise.

Treated with care and respect
