Made to feel relaxed and comfortable

Was made to feel relaxed and comfortable, nothing I’d thought I’d say at the dentist. From the receptionists through to the dental surgeon, all were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

My experience

It's great overall. Is there no way to have forms electronically before attending the appointment or partly populated with our name address, phone etc and ask to amend if not correct? It's hard to complete properly for me and child before going through.

Fitted me in quickly for emergency filling. Sarah the Dentist was very professional and did a excellent job repairing my broken tooth.

A thorough examination

Staff are always very welcoming. Greeted by a very friendly smile, Sian the Receptionist. Called in by a young assistant don't remember her name, she was very polite, then saw my dentist Sarah who always goes above and beyond in making you feel safe and always does a thorough examination, lovely to see her back.
