Made to feel totally at ease

I had to have 3 teeth removed and I had everything explained first, meaning that I knew exactly what was going to be done. I was made to feel totally at ease and Patrick and the dental nurse were really lovely. Reception team were very pleasant too, especially Sian.

A fantastic service all round

Very helpful and pleasant receptionist advised on the phone that I attend immediately due to the nature of my toothache and cheek swelling. I was greeted with a smile, handed a form and then seen very quickly.
Ash, the dentist, was exceptional in ensuring that I was fully informed about my options and treatment. The procedure was quick and effective and was completed with professionalism and expertise. The dental technician was also very helpful and professional and both made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I was also fully advised re after care.
A fantastic service all round.

Explained everything clearly

The girls on the desk were very helpful when I rang for an appointment. Great service by Ash, I think that was his name. He explained everything clearly to me. So I knew what was going to happen.
