At ease straight away

Patrick always greets you with a warm welcome like an old friend especially when you are feeling nervous and you are at ease straight away and his assistants are helpful.

Very helpful

Everything was very good, from the receptionist to the nurse and the dentist himself, he was very professional and he had a good knowledge of his work and he was very helpful, thanks to everyone.

Did a fantastic job

Met hygienist Julie today and she was superb, made me feel very comfortable and we had a cracking laugh too, the nurse she had assisting her was absolutely lovely too, they were both great and did a fantastic job, safe to say when I next come in for a deep clean I'll definitely be requesting Julie again. Thank you very much and I'll make sure to clean my wisdom teeth properly from now on.

Kindness and understanding

The kindness and understanding of my mental health, putting me at ease, Katie was amazing with me. The dentist was amazing I wish I could be a patient permanently here.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, the hygienist (think her name was Julie) and assistant were great, very cheerful and welcoming.

I was told in the email it was my filling appointment today and my hygienist appointment next Thursday but it was the other way around.
The lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday told me the correct way around so it was fine.

Relaxing and friendly

Hygienist - Julia is warm, friendly and welcomes you in and chats away throughout my time which I found relaxing and friendly. Julia explained what she was doing all the time and gave good advice. My teeth are really clean and feel 100% better, definitely worth the fee and I will book my husband in with her next.
