Put me at ease

Patrick was fantastic, very thorough explaining what he was going to do and what was happening when he was doing it. Always checked on how I was doing and if we needed to stop.
He put me at ease.

Kind and patient

How kind and patient she was (as I am extremely nervous about visiting the dentist), my experience today has given me confidence as both she and the dental nurse were lovely and didn't make me feel stupid for having fear and the fact she was willing to give me as many breaks as I wanted made me feel at ease. You are lucky to have such a good hygienist working there.
