West Quay Dental

I was in extreme pain very late Saturday night and decided to see if there was an emergency number I could call because of covid and lockdown things are so difficult so I was thinking that I may well have to put up with this pain for quite a while which was really worrying. When I looked on West quay website it said to leave a message which I did in the early hours of the morning not expecting any reply but Sunday morning at 7-57 I had a wonderful message back from a lady called Sara she was really sympathetic and explained what I should do so I didn't have to stay in pain. Thank you very much Sara that message meant a lot in these wierd times and I would recommend this dental practice very highly. Luckily I managed to calm the pain and will visit the practice when it is safe to do so for everyone.

Fantastic service . Hadnt needed them from March since lockdown but following a chipped tooth rang reception yesterday . I was phoned straight back by Patrick Daly himself and I was given an appointment next day!! Covid measures in place and felt very safe . Staff really friendly . I saw Josh and he temporarily fixed it until can put something more permanent in place. Cant fault this dentist have been going to them for years!!! Ash is always great ....

I cannot recommend this place enough!! One of the female dentist ( cant remember her name) seen my 2 year old daughter straight away and calmly helped us. As I was panicking. I want to say a massive thank you to the dentist and reception staff who were also brilliant!!!

I've been using this practice for approximately two years now and I have been pleased with not only the level of service provided by the dental doctor and his assistant but also the receptionist team.

It's located at the same building as the doctors with its own access door on the same side of the buding as the small pharmacy, just a little further up from it. unlike the pharmacy though there's no access to the dentist from within the doctors surgery so make sure you use the outside entrance. The dentist is located on the first floor and I believe there's a lift there for those that need it. Generally I find that they're normally running between 5-10 minutes behind schedule as you'll have a little wait even if your appointment is early in the morning.

The only opportunity I believe there is to improve is simply the seating that's provided in the waiting area. I find it a little uncomfortable and sometimes there can be limited seats available as for some reason people always seem to get accompanied to the dentist.

Overall I'm satisfied with this practice and will continue to use it.

Sarah was exceptional. Her communication skills and wide smile made me feel extremely at ease. She is a credit to the practice.
