Compassionate, caring a
Excellent customer service. Compassionate, caring and friendly staff, especially Sian in reception, who was extremely calm, patient and empathetic when I was in so much discomfort.

Always a very friendly and professional service. Recently had a root canal procedure and felt completely at ease and confident in the dentist Louie who was fantastic during such a long and intricate treatment. Everyone in the surgery is so helpful and positive.

‘Floppy’ front tooth removed with minimum of fuss: local anaesthetic not even required. Back home before I knew it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Professional and caring appointment
Great job! Professional and caring attitude. Communication was great. I had two fillings removed and refilled due to pain caused from cracks in the tooth and filling. She explained what was happening every step of the way. Painless and very happy with my new white fillings.

Very friendly and helpful
You walk in to be greeted by very friendly and helpful receptionists and then my appointment with Holly Black who is so lovely, she tries her best to put me at ease which is very appreciated by me as I am not the best patient in the world with my nerves at visiting the dentist, she also explains everything about my treatment and any further treatment I might need, but I can honestly say I feel like I've visited a friend when I leave my appointment, also I'd like to mention Katie the dental assistant she was also very friendly, so thank you Holly and Katie.
