My first appointment at the practice and I am impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff are. The dentist I saw was called Ash and he makes you feel comfortable and explained all options for the services they provide.

Always a positive experience
As always the reception staff were friendly and efficient and I was called to my appointment on time. I saw Patrick for a replacement filling. He explained what needed to be done and proceeded to do it. I always feel at ease, which for someone who is not a huge fan of dentists in general means a lot. Always a positive experience.

A fantastic experience
Had an emergency appointment, got me in virtually straight away. The clinician was lovely and so was her assistant, unfortunately didn’t get their name. The receptionist I dealt with was also lovely; all in all a fantastic experience.

Amazing service

Caring dentist
I'm 74 and have never in all my life before been so well treated by a dental clinic.
I attended for my first appointment after quite a few years unable to get an NHS dentist and would have been very grateful for even the most basic of service. When I arrived the receptionist gave me a lovely greeting, welcoming me as a new patient which made me feel far less anxious.
After a very short wait I was seen by the most reassuring, helpful and caring dentist I have ever met. I just cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful service that I was given. My only regret is that 22 years ago I signed on with a different Barry dentist when I could have signed on with this dentist.

Fantastic dental practice. Always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. I usually see the same dentist, Holly, and she’s fantastic. Always explains things clearly so you always understand what’s going on. A real credit to the profession. All in all, a great dental practice. I would recommend.
