All in all a very good visit

Greeted with a smile from Chloe which helps settle nerves.
Warmly greeted by Ivy who explained who she was clearly. Was nice to hear ”I will be taking care of you today”. Also her friendly approach relaxed me.
Ivy asked if I had had any problems, she listened attentively.
Ivy explained in understandable detail what treatment was available and did not pressure me into any treatment I wasn’t happy with.
Amy the dental nurse took me through to reception and guided me through the payment (very helpful).
All in all a very good visit.

Supportive, kind

I had an urgent dental issue that needed to be treated straight away to prevent pain & more injury. The receptionist as first point of contact was supportive, kind & provided advice to help me deal with the issue in the short term until I could see the dentist. Although I thought I might have to wait over the long (BHol) weekend for an appointment, I received a call back saying a space was made that day to get me in. My problem was sorted that day.
I am extremely grateful for the professional & caring help I received.
