Firstly the practice is first class and second to none, the staff and dental technicians treat you with respect and courtesy and excellent manners. I always feel relaxed and safe and able to explain the problem to the dentist where my teeth concerned

Honestly can say I get 5* service from this practice, yes I am a private patient and yes appointment availability is a bit kinder than waiting on NHS however I have the dream team dentist and dental nurse Ivy and Aimee they are both really friendly and professional. The ladies on the front desk are also friendly and professional, Sian is always worth a mention as she is always lovely and tries here best to accommodate my specific days I need around work commitments where possible. Can't recommend this practice and team enough.

I am very grateful for the care
West Quay Dental has been such a great help to me especially since my cancer diagnosis and loss of jaw bone density. They have been so reassuring when I have been worried, and the treatment I've had has been sensitive and carried out with the greatest of care. Dentists Alex and Sarah have really looked after me and I am very grateful for the care I've had, and the reception staff are brilliant.
