Good experience

Just returned from my check up and hygiene appointment. Good experience as always. I filled out the health questionnaire online prior to my visit. I was seen on time and both receptionist and Dentist were very professional. Appointment booked for 6mth review.

Excellent care, really like the expertise and advice.
However, dental care in Wales seems to come at a price - this surgery took me and my family years ago as NHS patients.
Doesn't appear to be an option these days - I'd rather pay a bit more tax to have free or cheaper dental care
Either way, this is a very good surgery

As an emergency NHS patient dealing with West Quay was the simplest part of the whole process Siân at reception was brilliant and even though I needed an extraction, the dentist and assistant made this as a simple process. Highly recommend
