I would give Ash, Shaz and their respective staff (in clinician rooms) 100%. The two receptionists let your team down dramatically, today. My 3 year old was with me, and she was trying to engage and make conversation with them. The younger of the two, at least, managed a smile. The other lady, quite literally, ignored my lovely little girl, after her saying "merry christmas". They may be doing their job in terms of compliance etc, but they are WAY underachieving in terms of offering a welcoming environment. This wasn't my first encounter with this lady, either. The last time I was in, I couldn't quite understand what date she meant for my next appointment (to preface, she meant Nov 2025, and I was presuming she meant Nov 2024 .. not confirmed), and instead of taking 20 seconds to explain to me, she continously repeated herself in a very patronising manner, for no reason other than (what I could understand) to embarrass/berate me. I accept, and certainly, hope that I have caught said lady on two bad days. But, being a clinician myself, and having a reception team that represents me, and my clinic/business, I would be horrified if any patient left my practice feeling such a way. Overall, I'll remain a member of the practice, due to the excellent care I have received, otherwise. But I felt it paramount to feedback, as such behaivour/attitude could truly be the tipping point for someone having a bad day.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The dentists are very reassuring, I recommend them to everyone.

I got an appointment the day after phoning. On attending there was no waiting around, I was called in minutes.
The dentist was friendly and efficient and diagnosed the problem straight away. The treatment was painless and they took good care of me.
