I cannot praise highly enough the service I have received today.
From the receptionist to the dentists, they were excellent.
I was treated with understanding of the problem which had caused me to be late for my appointment.
They managed to fit me in and feel less stressed about my situation.
The dentist and assistant were also very kind, caring and they carried out their work in a very skilled manner and solved the dental problem I was experiencing.

I had an emergency appointment at West Quay, after having dreadful toothache! I was extremely taken with the friendly & relaxed atmosphere, which put me at ease straight away….I had a tooth extraction which was painless & I would definitely return if needed…Well done West Wuay dental practice, keep up the good work.

Today I've had a second emergency appointment at this dental practice, following one in June for the same tooth. Unfortunately, I've been on the central waiting list since February 2023 and am still waiting to be allocated a dentist.

Both in June and today, the dental practice has been flawless in both the pre-appointment process and the appointments themselves. The dentists are very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, professional and proficient with amazing bedside manner, as are the dental nurses. The admin staff are pleasant, warm, approachable, polite and courteous while being quick to handle patient pre-appointment processes which seems to be the backbone of the practice seeming to run like a well-oiled machine.

If I was ever able to choose this dental practice or able to afford private dental care, this would be my choice every time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be lucky enough to be allocated this dental practice if and when the central waiting list decides to provide the bare minimum expected 20 years ago, a place at a dentist without waiting 18-24 months first.

This dental practice would be a great choice for any patient, offering plenty of options for private care including payment plans.
