A patient's experience
As a patient with a phobia around the whole experience of visiting dentists, the staff at West Quay make the experience as calm as they possibly can.
Receptionists are friendly and approachable.
The dentist himself very professional, polite young guy, explains everything clearly and works at a pace that’s comfortable for the patient.

The dentist and nurse were absolutely Lush. Usually afraid to go to the dentist, but this visit made all that fear disappear.

Absolutely fantastic
I had already been seen at the Dental Hospital and refused the treatment I felt was needed. As a last resort I rang West Quay, was seen as an emergency case and they exceeded all expectations. I can not be more pleased with all the staff at this highly professional, friendly and more than capable practice. Even the reception staff pulled out all the stops as well as the dentist and dental nurse/assistant. I won’t consider anywhere else!

No wait time for me today and got seen by a very nice dentist, though I don’t recall his name, he really made it easy for me as I am a little uneasy with the dentist but I was really pleased today!! Thank you so much!

Holly was very professional with a friendly manner. She made my treatment as painfree as possible. No one enjoys going to the dentist but Holly made the experience mire bearable.
