Everyone at West Quay are always so professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Sarah is a fantastic dentist, very keen to listen and explain any options for treatment.

I was seen very soon after arriving at the practice, Yu-Chen immediately put me at my ease and explained everything to me during my examination.

The dentist company itself is very clean ,good hygiene.friendly staff ,the dentist who is alicated to me is professional at his job and welcomes you on first contact .

Absolutely lovely dentist, dental assistant and reception staff.

Visited today as an emergency patient with a broken tooth. Rang a little too late to get an appointment today, but receptionist put me on a list for a call , should there be any cancellations. A couple of hours later I get a call offering me a spare appointment. 👍. Went , got there 30 minutes too early but only waited 10 mins to be seen. Was treated carefully and expertly by Mr Daley, a fantastic dentist, highly skilled and experienced fixed my problem and had a check up , and because the tooth was only lightly chipped, leaving a very sharp edge, it just needed re shaping slightly and smoothing and wasn't charged!!. In the past I have seen Dr Sarah Lai , who is also a very gentle and absolutely superb Dentist. If your registered at this practice, you'll know what I mean, if your not, - try to get registered with them!!👍. * Sadly since writing this review this dental practice has gone downhill!!. It is impossible to get an appointment, even in the most extreme emergency. Reception staff, particularly Sian, are rude, unhelpful and completely uncaring and unsympathetic!. Only interested in seeing people who don't need treatment and who pay privately 🤬. Were great once, crap now I'm afraid.

Dr. Daley carefully reviewed all my issues, and was both thorough and reassuring.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Ash explained everything clearly and fully. The procedure was carried out comfortably and smoothly.

She (dentist) and nurse were great. Everything was explained in plain English and they were happy to re- explain a few things. I was in good hands and very pleased with the outcomes.

Used to find the staff quite difficult and rude but these last few occasions have been brilliant, had an emergency this week and they managed to fit me in last minute, all smiles and courtesy all round.

Amazing service. Professionalism was outstanding, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
