Dentist appointment with Sarah Lai
I have been going to this dentist for years. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I used to be petrified of going to the dentist but since coming here, I feel so at ease. My dentist Sarah Lai makes me feel relaxed and explains everything she is doing. I wouldn’t want to see anyone different. Excellent dentist and very professional at her job.

Dental visit
I haven’t been to the dentist since Covid so was more than pleased to attend today. Fortunately I didn’t require any treatment apart from an x-ray to make sure and a quick clean.
My original dentist has left since my last visit and I was very pleased with the dentist I saw today.

Felt confident with my care
Had a fear of the dentist for years but treatment is better than 40+ years ago. However because of past nerves I do become anxious, however the care and treatment I receive at West Quay alleviates much of my anxiety in fact has almost eradicated my fears. The therapist who treated me at my last appointment was very professional and reassuring.

Worth the journey
Sent here from Cardiff as an emergency patient, I suffer major dental anxiety but the dentist carried out an extraction and kept me calm throughout, wish they were taking NHS patients.

I'm 56 years old, and that was the least amount of pain I've ever experienced at a dentist and very quick as well. Special thanks to those two young ladies that looked after me. Both are a Credit to your company! 5 star service as well as receptionists amazing as well!

I was in a lot of pain with my back teeth. I had an appointment with Yu chen lu, she was very good and explained everything to me that really put me at ease, I had one tooth extraction,and now on the mend.

Seen by the lovely dentist Pauline who was very helpful and friendly and put me at ease answering my questions and reassuring me throughout the whole process of my treatment.
