Very punctual and a very warm welcome. Full explanation with regard to health and condition of gums and teeth. Always a very satisfying experience.

As always N was brilliant, having my teeth cleaned is no longer an ordeal for me, my one regret is that I didn't find Carlton house years ago.

The coming into my home to make a new Denture was excellent, by Nic and his team they came twice into my home was really well done.

I’ve been a customer at Carlton House ever since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I find all staff very pleasant and personable. Nick is hands down the most professional dentist whose worked on my teeth. Everything is explained in detail before, during and after treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Carlton house at all.

I cannot praise the practice enough. I was an overly nervous patient and hadn't been near a dentist in 10 years. Nick in particular is fantastic. I had to have some serious work done and was frightened to death. Nick was calm, understanding and made me feel safe. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at Carlton House are always so kind and the treatment is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This appointment Nick took x rays of a crowned tooth which sometimes gives me pain on biting to see if the new x ray machine might determine the problem. Everything was healthy. My sinuses are extremely close to the root so could be that root or canal treatment may be needed which means hospital surgery which I do not want. I am not the best patient as very nervous but Nick very patient with me. Nina obviously unable to do clean and polish at the moment with the Covid rules but did deal with some tarter and as I have sensitivity in 2 teeth, used a treatment on my gums and gave me a small tube of sensitive toothpaste to use on my gums along with advice on when to use it. I have always been pleased with the service I receive from both Nick and Nina as they both always answer any questions I have. I am an avid cleaner of my teeth and they both tell me my gums are really healthy and tight because of it and encourage me to continue by giving me a score every time I attend. This harks back to some years ago when Denplan patients [of which I am one] were given a scorecard to fill in at each check up and I have always been keen to follow it on.
