Service was first class
Very little to say except that the service was first class. It always is. My family have used Carlton House for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service as well as the courtesy and efficiency of all the staff.

Carlton House
After not going to the dentist for 7 years I was very nervous. Fast forward a year and I couldn’t be happier! After a number of treatments, polishes and even getting my teeth whitened! The Carlton house team are very good at what they do. Makes me happy to smile again! Also Joining denplan made the money side of things so easy. I’d HIGHLY recommend this Dental Practice to anyone and everyone.

Great experience, highly recommend
Attended for an Invisalign consultation and was greeted by welcoming, friendly staff all following covid safety precautions! Both Usha and Megan who I was appointed with was super helpful and answered all questions I had and more. Left no stone unturned and explained my Invisalign process really clearly. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

All the staff stand out
The accommodating staff stood out for me, everyone at Carlton House is really welcoming, I couldn’t fault the customer service.
When calling to arrange appointments you’ll always be greeted by a positive employee whose happy to help. I was in with dentist Nick who is lovely and he really listens to you as a patient as genuinely cares to make a difference.
I used to be really nervous to go to the dentist before going here but I never feel nervous at Carlton house. All the dental nurses are smiley and friendly, I have had Destiny and Megan assist whilst I’ve been for appointments both where really lovely, professional and had a great working dynamic with either the dentist or hygienist. I’m I really appreciate the efficient service, excellent service.

Excellent friendly and professional service by a great team. Everything is explained before, during and after to ensure you know what is going on. Have been with them for many years and whilst we all don't like to go to the dentist, they try hard and managed to make it a better experience.

I felt completely relaxed
My treatment was, as usual, completed with care and consideration. All of the staff are friendly and understanding, putting you at ease. Nick explained what was happening along the way and I felt completely relaxed.
