It took me nearly twelve months to summon up the courage , with a lot of support from family, to tackle my phobia of dentists and actually attend my first check up in 12 years !!
The patience , care and professionalism shown by all staff especially Nick has been amazing ๐๐ป
One appointment and one hygienist appointment later,(my first ever experience ) I feel like a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders ๐
I can't thank you enough , regaining my trust and overcoming my fears , has been the best Christmas present ever !!

I have a real fear it took me years to find the courage to get my teeth sorted because I couldn't smile properly. Steve n the team are amazing, patient, caring and they put me first and now I got a wonderful set of dentures and I can smile..... properly xx

The staff at Carlton House Dental Centre are all so friendly and efficient and appointments are on time which makes a tremendous difference if you happen to be someone who gets anxious when visiting the dentist. Nick is the best dentist that I have ever had immediately putting you at your ease and explaining everything that he is planning to do in detail.
The hygienists Nina and Fiona are both extremely good and my teeth always feel great when I have been seen.
All the staff deserve a big pat on the back and I would feel very confident in recommending the practice especially to someone who hated going to the dentist.

I'm petrified of the dentist after a few unfortunate bad experiences but after visiting Steve and Nick they put my mind at ease explained everything and are very polite with exceptional expertise ๏ฟฝ

Ive had 2 phobias throughout my adult years that petrified me, one was heights and the other dentists...safe to say I've over come both...thanks to my other half for the heights thing, and thanks to Nick, Nina and the girls at Carlton House for the other, thanks being sooo understanding and supportive, talking me through treatment and providing the tissue when I've cried like a baby, I still get a little anxious when sitting in "that chair" but Nick soon makes me feel at ease and relaxed !!! Top job from a top dental practice....highly recommended

Can't recommend Carlton House enough. I have been avoiding the dentist for years due to bad experiences. Just have to say a very caring dentist who excels in reassuring their patients and gives excellent service, explains what they are doing every step of the way. The best dentist I have ever seen. both from ability and their fantastic people skills. I was made to feel comfortable in what was not simple procedures. Both dental nurses that were involved with my visits were fantastic and a credit to your practice. A personal thank you from myself for such exceptional visits and I am extremely happy with the work done! A Big Thank you Nick and team.

I don't like to admit to how long I've been going to see Steve as it ages me !! LOL and of course Steve, but he has been my dentist for over 25 years, I was very nervous all those years ago, well 'petrified' would be a better description, but Steve put me and ease. I am on Denplan and visit Steve once a year and the hygienist twice a year, the service I receive is second to none, my brother and my Dad are also patients. I cannot recommend Charlton House and Steve more highly. See you all again soon Elaine (PS Thank you)

I have just joined Carlton House and have been very impressed with the professional treatment I have so far received from both dentist (Nick) and hygienist (Nina). As a nervous patient, (I hadn't been to see a dentist for four years prior to my visit in May) I was very impressed with the patience and care shown to me by all staff I have had contact with. I am especially pleased with my hygiene treatment (I have never actually seen a hygienist before) as they now feel so clean - the difference is remarkable. Thank you to all at carlton House.

I've been using Carlton House for over 30 years now and have watched the practice grow and develop over that time. I've always been very impressed by the friendliness, skill and professionalism of all the staff with whom I have dealt and certainly wouldn't dream of changing dentists unless I move far, far away from the area!

Always a pleasure to go to Carlton Dentist with my two Grandchildren 5 and 17
There's always a welcome smile as soon as you open the door nothing is too much trouble.
Nic always puts us at ease and explains everything so there's no nasty surprises.

Dr Nick More, despite being a Man Utd supporter is a top dentist. If he can make me feel at ease then that's a tremendous achievement in itself. Top quality workmanship every time and as for the girls at the practice, wow! Works for me. ;-)
