Can't recommend Carlton House enough. Had problems with 4 of my teeth at the same time!!! Nick and the girls were amazing. From emergency call outs, to phone calls at home to check on me, the care and treatment I received has been second to none. If Carlsberg made dentists, this would be it. Thank you guys.

Alll the girls atCarlton House are lovely, so friendly and smiley, l was so put off dentists in the dim and distant that seeing Steve was a really good experience. I had my first appointment with Fiona, what a lovely lady, and also very good at her job. I almost look forward to my appointments. ( almost).

I've been coming to Carlton House for many years. Professionalism, care and total empathy with anxious patients is evident amongst all the staff. I have recently met Fiona (new hygienist) and boy-is she good! Thank you everyone.😬👌🏼

Had a hygienist appointment with Fiona yesterday. What an amazing lady she is! I felt totally relaxed, cared for, and not at all rushed. The results were perfect- it's the best scale & polish I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Booked my next appointment with her before I left. She's amazing, as are all the other staff. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very professional service very informative and clear with advice on options for teeth improvement. Would highly recommend Steve as he is fabulous. Also only seen Fiona once as she's new but absolutely adorable.
Also all assistants are very helpful unlike other dentists i.e. Make actual easy.

I have attended Carlton House Dental Centre in the Hinckley area for many years now and would not consider trusting any other practice with my dentistry needs. From the brilliant expertise and endless patience of Steve, my dentist, right through to the welcoming, friendly staff, the relaxing atmosphere of the practice and the genuine interest in me as an individual unique person, the care is superb. The ongoing training that everyone in the centre must receive is evident in the up to date techniques and materials used. Appointments are always on time, to your convenience and you are given as much time as each procedure requires so you never feel rushed. Any hint of discomfort is taken care of making a visit to Steve and the Carlton House staff, a pleasurable experience and not one to be feared at all. Steve has saved my teeth where others may have not whilst Bobby and Helen (hygienists) take care of my gums. A practice that deals with routine dental care, emergencies when they arise and preventative techniques, Carlton House in Hinckley area is to be highly recommended to everyone.

All of the dental nurses are lovely and friendly. The practice is very professional with a great atmosphere and Steve has been brilliant with my daughter who had a slight phobia of the dentist. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been with Carlton House for years now and have always been incredibly impressed with the service they provide. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I first saw Steve I was receiving chemotherapy and had been quite seriously ill with no immunity. I required urgent dental treatment which is not usually recommended during chemo. Steve was extremely accommodating and arranged to see me straightaway. I was completely re-assured by him and was totally confident about the hygiene standards which was extremely important for me at that time. I have total faith in his skills and greatly appreciate his calm, relaxed approach. I am always impressed by the innovative and preventative care techniques used by the practice. The whole team are friendly, approachable, professional and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the practice wholeheartedly.

After a few bad experiences with previous dentists, I'm so glad to of discovered this wonderful dental practice! They're patient, friendly, warm and gentle! I can safely say that if I ever moved away, I'd still travel to come to this dentist. I can even say that I experienced a pleasant root canal! Perfect.

I was nervous about visiting a new Dentist after a previously bad experience, I thought that I would never be comfortable letting another Dentist examine my teeth.

They were all very understanding and gently helped me build my confidence, now I regularly see Nina. I hadn't seen a hygienist ever before and now my mouth now feels excellent.

I recently even had my wisdom teeth removed after a consultation to discuss the procedure. Great Dentists and worth travelling out of Hinckley for!
