I absolutely love this practice. All the staff are fantastic though Nick in particular has been wonderful with me. I was once upon a time very nervous of going to the dentist. Nick has completely rid me of my fears.

Very professional and friendly
Nicky was extremely helpful when I called to try to get my appointment earlier, due to intense sensitivity in my tooth. She got me an earlier appointment with Usha.
Usha and her chair side assistant were excellent. Very professional and friendly.
Tooth is still sensitive (not as intense) but understand this can take a week to settle.

All the staff put you at ease
As an extremely nervous patient, I made an appointment at Carlton house and from the receptionist Nicky and Martha to the nurses Emma, Ang, Imogen and Jess to the dentist Usha they all put me at ease. From being really nervous I now don’t have a problem going to the dentist anymore. Keep up the excellent service you deliver. I would recommend Carlton House to everyone who is nervous of the dentist.

They are brilliant and caring
As one that hated dentist years ago now l feel more at ease. Nick always makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed before he does a thorough examination of your teeth, very professional. Tells you if there are any problems and what they can do to help. He as made me personally turn from being scared to being at ease with the dentist, thank you to all the staff as they are brilliant and caring.

I like Nick, he's understanding and helpful, he gives it straight but with compassion.

What a lovely dentist to visit
What a lovely dentist to visit, the receptionists are really friendly, lovely and always happy to help, Nick is one of the nicest dentists I’ve met, as soon as you enter his room he’s always very pleasant and welcoming and puts you at ease straight away, he talks you through what treatment he’s doing that day and explains everything. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist, he’s one of the best, thank you.

Nice and gentle but thorough
Always a good experience to visit Nina. Nice and gentle but thorough and plenty of good advice on dental care. I always feel confident after seeing Nina and Nick that my teeth are being looked after with the very best care.
Most of my life I was terrified of visiting a dentist, thank goodness I joined the Carlton Crew, no more terrors!

Great experience
This practice really does go the extra mile to make their patients feel special. I had to rearrange my appointment and gave several days notice, no problem rearranged two weeks later. Upon arriving I was made to feel most welcome and when I went in for my appointment I was put at my ease, my treatment was explained to me and Nick clarified my queries. The treatment proceeded smoothly with very little sensation or discomfort. Upon completion I was told what I needed to do before the remainder of the treatment and I was told to ring immediately if I experienced any pain. Great experience.

Wholeheartedly recommend this practice
I cannot fault the care I received during my recent appointment.
I am not a good patient (just too anxious) but I feel that everything possible was done to put me at my ease, make sure I was comfortable and explain what was going on.
