I am so pleased to have found a dentist who takes the time to put you at ease and explain everything clearly. My previous dentist gave up on a front tooth, after several fillings failed he said the tooth would have to be removed. Usha has not only filled and stabilized the tooth but it looks amazing. I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist but it is not the scary experience it used to be. Thank you Usha and the team.

Staff on reception are always very friendly. My dentist, Nick, is extremely efficient and always explains everything he is going to look at and use, this is so important and I have had issues when visiting dentists in my past. After the examination procedure he also shows me my XRays and explains what is happening with my teeth.

Reassured all the way
I am not a fan of going to the dentist at the best of times particularly when I need a new crown.
I have had crowns before so I am aware of the process – hence the apprehension of the root canal procedure - but this is the first crown since becoming a patient with Carlton House.
From the moment you sit in the chair you are reassured about the process and each step is explained prior to the commencement.
I ask a lot of questions about the procedure and the equipment used and Nick fully explained everything.
The first step is the injection into the gum – never felt the needle go in - this is a first for me. At each stage I was asked if everything was OK, in no discomfort or pain, reassured all the way.
If a visit to the dentist can be a pleasant experience this was it, a big thank you to Nick and manager Charlotte acting as dental nurse.
