I knew I was in safe, confident hands
I saw Dani for a hygiene appointment. As always she was very professional and friendly.
I am a nervous patient but felt reassured as I knew I was in safe, confident hands.
Her dental assistant, whose name unfortunately I don’t know, was very helpful to me. She was also very professional.

A very good practice; excellent dentists and very pleasant staff. Reception MUCH more helpful than 2 years ago - biggest challenge is trying to get an urgent appointment at short notice - difficult hoops for an 82yr old to jump through. But 5 star treatment awaits if you succeed.

Very kind and gentle
I was a little apprehensive before my visit on 27th November because I had liked Dan Beevers very much and was unsure how I would feel about a new dentist. In general people don't like change, and having had a terrible experience many years ago with a dentist in another city, once I had found a good dentist, I especially don't! However, I have to say that Rachael was very kind and gentle. I have never been a fan of having sharp metal implements prodding and poking my teeth and often wondered whether they do more harm than good, but there was none of that. Rachael carefully examined my mouth with gloved fingers. Much more pleasant. She was friendly, thorough, and I didn't feel rushed. The only negative is that unfortunately I need further treatment!

With regards to the Hygienist appointments, we have a Hygienist each day at the practice and on some days two. But the appointments are sort after so we appreciate it can be difficult to try and reserve an appointment especially at short notice. Some of our patients find it beneficial to book a joint appointment in advance and that tends to work well. We hope that may help you too. We also offer a cancellation list you can be added to in case any earlier appointments become available. Do let us know if we can help with any of the above suggestions. Victoria Rossi was an absolute star when treating my Father.
As a wheelchair bound 90 year old hemiplegic person that has difficulty in talking at present, she was kind, considerate to his needs, spoke directly to him and gave him the time that was needed.

The experts. I was passed from pillar to post finding a dentist with the knowledge, experience and skill to undertake my dental work. As a transplant recipient, with bone density problems, every so called specialist I went to (as far away as London in some cases) told me they did not have enough specialist skills to be able to help me. My transplant clinic said I might have to go to the Dental Hospital for treatment. The dentists at the Circus have the necessary expertise and treated me as a normal patient, but are very conscientious about making sure my medications have not changed on every visit.
