Excellent communication between everyone involved in my care

Like many folk, I don’t look forward to trips to the dentist but the minute I get through the door everyone is so welcoming and approachable that my anxiety drops away. I really appreciate the time taken to explain the underlying biology and what I can do as well as what the practice can do. The prognosis and cost of treatment are made very clear to inform my decisions. I also appreciate that there is referral to specialists within the practice and excellent communication between everyone involved in my care.

Brilliant from beginning to end

Excellent from beginning to end. I need an emergency appointment, got one the same day and treatment finished at that appointment. Brilliant from beginning to end. Keep up the excellent work.

I’m a nervous patient and was immediately put at ease by Miss Wing. She was meticulous and thorough and I was comfortable throughout. She took her time to explain things properly and in detail.

Very well cared for

Reassured that I am in good hands

I recently saw Victoria Rossi for a check up. I am disabled and have difficulty going up and down stairs. I am always asked if I would prefer a downstairs surgery which has only 3 stairs to access, this is much appreciated.
I also have difficulty reclining in the dentist chair. Victoria is very patient and considerate. She understands my needs and always lets me know when she intends moving the chair up or down. Victoria is friendly and very professional. I don’t feel at all rushed. She will always listen and clearly explains any necessary information.
I am an extremely nervous patient. I haven’t been a patient at Circus Dental very long however I feel reassured that I am in good hands and have full trust in Victoria.
