I felt well looked after
A very good experience all round. Receptionist picked up quickly the need to amend the plan for that day - good listening and response. Seen on time. Rachel and Maisy very helpful, thoughtful, friendly and professional. Skilful dentistry undertaken with care and competence. I felt well looked after. Thank you.

Outstanding service
Thank you, Circus Dental, for your usual outstanding service! In 30 years coming here, I don't think I've ever had cause to complain. Wonderful staff, incredible dental surgeons & another successful outcome. Many thanks to Luca & Vittoria for fitting in my appointment at such short notice when M was unwell. It was hugely appreciated. May I also say a particular 'Thank you' to Cathryn for going above & beyond in her kindness & compassion at a very difficult time for me.
You guys are the best.

The only single thing I would add is that I was sad when the beautiful waiting room had a modern makeover which lost all it's wonderful original features...😪😪
All done in no time
Very knowledgable dentist who explained the situation with my tooth clearly. All done in no time, but I had to wait ten minutes and, maybe as a result, had to wait over an hour for a bus home. (the bus service was not his fault!).

Extraction
Extraction of 2 adjacent upper molars by Michael Hutchings, not a welcome procedure but carried out very efficiently and quickly, and after a welcome review of why this was recommended. Pleasing to see a good sharing of duties with a good nurse too.

So polite, friendly and welcoming
All staff are always so polite, friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is very comfortable and beautifully presented with plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas, water dispenser available and lots of quality magazines.

Why haven't you got a surgery in Melksham
The procedure was painless
I came to the Circus Dental practice for a root canal. Was slightly terrified at the thought but Luca instantly put me at ease. He explained everything clearly. The procedure was painless and every step was explained. The nurse (sorry couldn't remember your name) was equally lovely and had a very calming nature. Thank you for putting a scared patient at ease.
