Extremely kind, gentle
As a new patient at the practice I found the staff I met to be friendly, professional and efficient. Rachel my dentist was extremely kind, gentle, and informative. She explained and involved me in possible treatment plans in a non judgemental manner and left me with full confidence in her abilities. The use of technology and visuals to help me understand the issues and possible work required was impressive.

Fantastic experience. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave client care is superb. Staff are really helpful, friendly and make you feel at ease straight away. Jon Cowie was amazing. Really friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. Explained step by step to make sure I was comfortable throughout.
