Broken tooth
I recently had an appointment to deal with a broken tooth. After being given the options for treatment, I decided to have the tooth extracted in preparation for a later implant. My dentist gave me all the information I needed to make the decision. The extraction procedure was not at all painful as I had been given exactly the right amount of numbing. My dentist removed the tooth carefully and it came out entire. I was given a sheet of instructions about aftercare. There was no swelling or pain, just a mild tenderness for a day and the cavity is healing well.

Thorough assessment
Had to book an emergency appointment after an accident and needed an assessment for chipped front teeth. Appointment made quickly for same day and a courteous call to inform consultant was running over schedule with the previous appointment. Consultant was understanding putting my mind at ease with treatment needed. Thorough assessment with plan in place. All staff were courteous, professional and gave me confidence. Thank you.

They explained everything
I was very anxious about this appointment (it was booked for 1.5hrs and actually was even longer!) but Miss Wing and her two dental nurses made it so easy! They explained everything as the session progressed ... so much so, that I was able to lie back and think of other things!
