I am totally amazed, having never seen me before, Rachel replaced the part of my tooth that had broken off. She worked so efficiently and with such care to produce a replacement piece that made the tooth look exactly as it had before the breakage.
Rachel is an artist as well as a fantastic dentist.

My experience
Couple of days after hygienist a lot of discomfort at the corner of the jaw below the ear. Now beginning to swell a little. It did hurt straight afterwards as well. Very tender under jaw.

Highly recommend
I have been coming to this practice for many years now. They don't 'oversell' treatments and are very caring. It's a relaxed environment with friendly staff - I also like the sympathetic way they have adapted the space over the years without losing any of the Georgian splendour & I think this reflects their ethos & attitude in general. I had my 6 monthly check-up today & witnessed one of the receptionists engaging with a small child, teaching them about dental care through play - very impressive. I would highly recommend this practice.

I always appreciate Victoria's very helpful feedback during the treatment. She explains exactly what she is doing during every part of the process. She checks in to make sure that I'm OK every step of the way. Keeping a patient updated especially when the procedure is not pleasant is most reassuring.

Compassionate and reassuring
Friendly, welcoming, compassionate and reassuring are just a few of the words to describe my visit today for a 6 month check up, although they apply equally to every visit. I was late due to endless roadworks but my appointment wasn’t rushed, everything was chatted through, explained and agreed. I always have the same dentist however he has different dental assistants. They have all been lovely and today was no exception, so nice and with the most wonderful smile.

I had a 2-hour appointment with Michael Hutchings on 16 April to renew a deep filling. Michael had explained that it would be a complex procedure requiring 180 mins, and, as he had warned, I didn't get up from his chair till 4.00 pm. The dentist's chair is not my favourite place but it helps to have total confidence in Michael and Sam. What I appreciate most about Michael is his clarity: he explains every step of the way, hence no surprises! And there are periods when I can 'let go' and RELAX. The word, 'meticulous' best describes him.
I consider myself very fortunate in the dentistry I have received over the years: I am still using the dentures made for me years ago...

The best thing I have chosen to do is to come here for treatment. From the point of being greeted at reception to checking out the service provided was exceptional. Richard Condon is superb. Friendly, extremely patient and clearly a gifted professional that will go above and beyond to reassure you that saving your teeth is of utmost priority. I have an extreme dental phobia and left this practice feeling extremely confident in the next steps of my treatment.
