Root canal
In recent years I had become anxious about dental treatment, I told Mr Cowie on my assessment appointment. He and his nurse could not have been more kind and reassuring.
He phoned me the following day as agreed to discuss the treatment options, which allayed my anxiety considerably.
I attended today for the treatment and was so impressed with him and the nurse, they were kind, extremely efficient and professional. Explaining the procedure with sensitivity and calmness.
I have confidence in the team and feel I will be significantly less anxious if I require further endo dentistry. Thanks a million.

I was impressed with the whole experience, Jon Cowie was very personable, talked me through the process. It took just one hour and was completely pain free. Jon's assistant knew exactly what was expected, no instructions required. I have had a few root canals before and soon realised that Jon was using superior up to date equipment that all helped to take away the potential trauma.

Advice on cracked tooth
Richard was really helpful, did a CT (?) scan which clearly showed the issue. Advised if I was thinking of an implant after extraction, that I have a consultation first re bone implant. Better news than I was expecting as my dentist had told me I had bone loss in that area and I assumed that meant an implant wasn't an option. Richard answered all my many questions and I came away reassured that the situation wasn't as dire as I'd expected!

Nervous patient?
Responsive, Informative and Meticulous
I just had a long session to redo some problematic historical fillings that were originally done elsewhere. Additionally, a new, temporary protective fill, was required on a newly chipped tooth. As well as my natural nervousness, I also have hearing difficulties. The dentists and technicians at Circus continue to accommodate my anxieties and my communication issues, with professionalism and good nature. They maintain a dialogue throughout the procedures to ensure each step is explained and to ensure comfort. This was another reassuring and affirming experience.

Flexibility, attention to detail
Victoria Rossi conducted a routine check up. She was extremely thorough, not only taking X-rays but having listened to my concerns regarding my front tooth implant, called Tim Harris. Tim examined my implant immediately and sent me for a scan. The flexibility, attention to detail and patient consideration was excellent.
