Thank you to Luca and his personal assistant today. Excellent pain free root canal. Courteous, kind and caring. Nothing was any trouble, supported and helped with a parking issue. Reception staff polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

New Patient
Had new patient appointment with Michael today. So pleased I’ve changed my dentist. Very friendly, examination was very thorough and everything explained clearly and in detail. Not at all pushy about ongoing treatment, just explained options. Everyone very friendly and I’m actually looking forward to getting ongoing treatment!

Thorough Visit!
I have been a patient of Dr Heard for almost 15 years. He is always thorough and ensures my teeth are well inspected and cleaned. He is a total professional and although it is not the most pleasurable experience. I know that I leave with healthier teeth and gums!

A five star experience
I needed two visits for my root canal and both times if having a root canal can be pleasurable, it was! Luca has a lovely manner about him and put me at ease straight away and with the numbing I had no pain during the procedure. I had a different assistant at each visit and they were lovely, too, as were the receptionists. I tend to have trouble with my neck and when Luca learned this he left me use their "happy neck" pillow and I was fine the whole two hours in the chair. At the end of both sessions Luca brought up the photos of my tooth and went over what had been done and what couldn't be achieved (I have a very unusual root). I had another tooth that needed a root canal, but as there isn't enough left of it to crown afterwards, Luca explained that the tooth wouldn't last long and recommended I save my money and have an extraction instead. To me that showed he cares more for his patients than making a profit from them. I hope that I never need another root canal, but if I did I would definitely ask for my dentist to refer me to Luca again.

Periodontal treatment and crown replacement
I received brilliant care and treatment at Circus, undergoing periodontal treatment to try and save the gum around a front tooth, and following its success, a replacement crown. I’m absolutely thrilled the treatment worked, and with the appearance and fit of the new crown, which looks better than the original I had fitted in London years ago.
