Annual check up
Efficient and friendly welcome, except being asked to check amended details on arrival meant it was rushed, better done on the way out. I had not seen the email sent on Saturday before coming. Dentist as ever informative and interested/interesting in his professional advice.

From the impressive reception area/waiting room, designed to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable (drinking water available, large sofas and magazines), the friendly dental assistant who welcomed me and escorted me to and from the consulting room, the very professional and reassuring consultant, to the Check-out assistant who processed my payment, my experience at Circus Dental was pleasant and satisfying.

Friendly staff from first contact to my consultation meeting with Jon Cowie. All my questions were answered and i was reassured of the best way forward with my dental requirements.

At last, a local dentist prepared to help me
Circus Dental was the 6th so called specialist dentist I have seen and the first one to say they could help me.
I am immunocompromised and on medication for bone thinning. They really are experts, referring to each other for specialist treatment when appropriate.

Surprisingly pleasant experience
I had a filling booked in with Mike and as I have never had one before I was feeling quite nervous. The whole experience could not have been better, I felt so well looked after by Mike and Leti, they eased my nerves and talked me through the whole thing. I was surprised by how painless the treatment was, so much so I swear I could have fallen asleep at one point!

I met Victoria for the first time today. I am an extremely nervous patient however Victoria made me feel very welcome. During my check-up I felt relaxed and reassured. She was professional and informative.

Root canal filling
I was very impressed with the whole experience. This started with 3D images of the molar in question. The procedure was not straightforward and took considerable time. The anaesthesia was 100% enabling me to get in the zone and remain still. The end result was a perfect filling of the root canals. A highly technical operation and I’m glad I came to Circus Dentistry to see Luca.

Work to fix a visible and major gap
Some months ago I underwent surgery for a very significant and noticeable gap and should like to thank the following:
Victoria for her expert, gentle and considerate dentistry during the 2.5 hour session required to remove an old bridge.
Tim for his consummate skill, and calm approach to any challenges, in a surgery session comprising extractions [one very tricky], insertions of implant posts, adjustment of sinus position and bone and tissue graft.
Colin and Britta for their expertise and care over the aesthetics.
All members of this impressive team were skilful, pleasant and reassuring at all times, and the equipment really is state-of-the-art. I now have the best smile I’ve had in my life!

Over and above expectations
I came into the practice and from the moment I came in to leaving, every person I came across went over and above and I can’t thank them enough. Richard made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment I will be having. The efficiency everyone worked at was amazing even having my baby with me, every member of staff was amazing - thank you!

Such a professional and calming experience
Like most people, I don't like going to the dentist, but at Circus Dental I'm made to feel very comfortable with everything that is going on. I had an inspection like I've never had, an examination that was incredibly thorough, a plan for treatment and came away with the confidence that I'm going to be okay!
